d-BizConnect is funded in part by The Enterprise Center. The Enterprise Center, through its Pennsylvania Minority Business Enterprise Center, focuses its expertise on minority enterprises that demonstrate scalability or high-growth potential -- the ability to mature into successful companies. The Enterprise Center holds procurement events and networking opportunities with private sector buyers, government procurement officers, and university purchasing directors. The Pennsylvania Minority Business Enterprise Center is funded by the U.S. Department of Commerce's Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) and is tasked with providing resources and assistance to Minority Business Enterprises throughout the Pennsylvania Region. The Enterprise Center is located in West Philadelphia.
