The Need

D-bizConnect is a web-based system designed specifically to highlight a firm's capacity for procurement opportunities. D-bizConnect will allow PA-MBEC to funnel more opportunities from with their base of vendors (private sector buyers, government procurement officers, and university purchasing directors) to certified MBE firms who participate in the d-BizConnect database.
